These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Blazor Design website located at https://www.blazor.design (the "Site"), and our UI component library (the "Services"), provided by ALTUDEV LTD, a company registered in London, United Kingdom ("ALTUDEV LTD," "we," "us," or "our") with company registration number 14885214.

Blazor Design provides a library of UI components built with Blazor, TailwindCSS, Bootstrap, and other frontend JavaScript and CSS tools. These components are designed for personal and commercial use in building websites and web applications.

Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Services in accordance with our Documentation.

2.3 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
